TalentWorld is recruiting a Senior Stormwater Management Engineer in Concord, Ontario for one of its valued partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Professional Engineer to take a senior technical role supporting complex stormwater management and land development projects. The successful candidate will bring extensive consulting experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects, approvals, and stakeholder relationships from concept through completion.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday | Onsite in Concord a minimum of 4 days per week

The typical hiring range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 per year and is specific to candidates located in Ontario. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills, experience, and competencies. Senior Stormwater Management Engineer Responsibilities
- Lead stormwater management analysis, design, modelling, and reporting for land development projects
- Prepare and review stormwater management plans, technical reports, calculations, and engineering documentation
- Provide senior technical expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, and stormwater management
- Lead or support municipal submissions, approvals, and responses to technical review comments
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, regulatory agencies, consultants, and internal project teams
- Review engineering drawings and technical deliverables for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Manage project priorities, timelines, technical requirements, and deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to intermediate and junior engineering professionals
- Support projects throughout planning, design, approvals, and implementation
- Maintain compliance with applicable municipal and provincial standards and engineering best practices
Senior Stormwater Management Engineer Qualifications
- Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.)
- University degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Extensive stormwater management experience within an engineering consulting environment
- Strong technical expertise in stormwater management, hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, and land development
- Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing technical reports and engineering designs
- Robust knowledge of municipal development approvals and applicable Ontario engineering standards
- Experience managing projects and coordinating with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong leadership, communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities
- Able to work onsite in Concord a minimum of 4 days per week
