High-Definition Concrete Ltd. is currently seeking experienced and reliable Volumetric Driver to join our rapidly growing team. We are a multi-generational, family-owned concrete company serving the Greater Vancouver Area. As a union-affiliated employer, High-Definition Concrete prides itself on innovation, safety, and exceptional service delivery across all divisions — Ready-Mix Concrete, loader Operator, Laboratory Services, and Research & Development.

Responsibilities

As a Volumetric Driver at High-Definition Concrete, your job responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

- Safely drive and operate a volumetric concrete mixer truck.
- Batch, mix, and deliver concrete on-site according to required specifications.
- Monitor concrete consistency, slump, and quality during production.
- Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
- Maintain the truck and mixer in a clean and safe operating condition.
- Complete delivery tickets and required documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and job-site personnel.




- Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations.

Qualifications

- Previous volumetric concrete mixer operating experience required.
- Valid Class 3 driver's license with air brake endorsement.
- Positive driving record; Driver's Abstract required.
- Knowledge of concrete mixes, slump, and basic quality control.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather and job-site conditions.
- Availability for overtime, early starts, and weekends as required.
