Pool Closings & Weekly Pool Maintenance

Hickling Pools & Spas is a pool construction, service & retail company serving Uxbridge & the surrounding area since 1972. We currently have positions available for our 2022 Fall Season. If you have great work ethic, a positive attitude, enjoy outdoor work, work well in a team & independently and you are in good physical condition we’d like to talk to you.

Positions available for the late Summer/Fall pool season (August to November, with opportunity for a permanent full-time position). Previous pool industry experience an asset, but not mandatory. TRAINING PROVIDED.

Job details: Train to do a weekly pool & spa maintenance route. Once closing season starts, begin working a two person team on pool & spa closings. If experienced, you may head a crew or work as an assistant.

Ideal candidates will :

- Be able to work outdoors in various temperatures and weather conditions
- Have a willingness to learn




- Be able to do daily physical work (walking, standing, kneeling and lifting 50 lbs)
- Be reliable & motivated
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Have an interest in varied work, from in-field to retail store based
- Hold a valid G License, with clean abstract
- Have effective communication skills
- Be punctual
- Have a professional appearance

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to approximately 6pm

Some Saturdays required, 9 am - 2 pm (if working the retail store)

Excellent wages with season completion bonus.

Opportunity for full time permanent position.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
