Position: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and fashion‑conscious Sales Associate to support daily operations in our new modest clothing store. The ideal candidate has a passion for modest fashion, excellent customer service skills, and a strong eye for presentation. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, respectful, and elegant shopping experience for all customers. This role is particularly significant as we aim to strengthen our image in the newly opened store. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing a solid foundation for the business's success.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection respectfully and professionally.
- Provide styling advice aligned with modest fashion values.
- Assist with fitting room management and customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, shipping, and transferring orders.
- Handle exchanges and returns (if applicable) according to store policies.




- Carry out merchandise activities including tagging, restocking, and ensuring proper product displays.
- Support inventory checks and stock organization.
- Update stock levels and upload new products to the company website accurately and on time.
- Capture and post social media content (photos, short videos, stories) to promote sales as guided by the Company policy.
- Assist with showcasing new arrivals, promotions, and in-store displays on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram).
- Be flexible to work overtime during peak periods, special events, or busy seasons.
- Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor, adhering to high standards of general housekeeping.
- Uphold brand values, modesty standards, and excellent customer service at all times.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Passion for modest fashion and women’s apparel.
- Experience in a retail environment, preferably in the fashion industry
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and website updates.
- Able to perform basic updates on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and content publication.
- Able to utilize retail technology.
- Able to work a adaptable schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Demonstrate initiative on an ongoing basis.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21.0 – 25.0 per week
