Valley Pacific Mechanical Contracting Ltd. is a growing HVAC company serving the Lower Mainland. We are currently looking for experienced Heating & Cooling Service and Installation Technicians to join our team.

We have out of town projects starting mid September 2026 for those interested in out of town work.

We are seeking skilled, professional, and motivated technicians with strong experience in boilers, heat pumps, furnaces, and residential HVAC systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company that values quality workmanship, customer service, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems.
- Install and service boilers, heat pumps, furnaces, and related equipment.
- Commission equipment and complete preventative maintenance.
- Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service.
- Maintain accurate service records, job pricing, timesheets, and invoices.
- Assist with system design, layouts, estimates, and project planning.
- Perform quality-control checks on installations.
- Work with equipment manufacturers and representatives to maintain product knowledge and certifications.
- Help identify additional work opportunities and assist with scheduling and project completion.
- Support and mentor junior technicians.
- Participate in company training and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of HVAC installation, service, and repair experience.




- Strong experience with boilers, heat pumps, and furnaces.
- Level 4 HVAC/R Apprentice or higher.
- Class B Gas Fitter certification an asset.
- Red Seal certification
- A/C and Refrigeration certification is an asset.
- Experience with system design, layouts, estimating, and pricing.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Professional, dependable, organized, and customer focused.
