- Shoot and edit short-form video for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and other social platforms
- Take and edit basic product and lifestyle photography
- Create simple graphics and layouts using Canva
- Assist with captions, promotional copy, blog content, and other light written content
- Adapt and repurpose existing content across platforms and brands

Social Media & Campaign Support

- Support the Brand Lead in executing weekly and monthly content calendars
- Schedule and publish approved content across social platforms
- Assist with product launches, promotions, retail campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
- Track basic engagement and content performance and share observations with the Brand Lead

Content Organization

- Maintain organized photo, video, and design asset libraries
- Keep content folders and working files up to date
- Help maintain a consistent pipeline of usable content

Collaboration

- Work closely with the Brand Lead to execute creative concepts and priorities
- Coordinate with production, sales, and other team members to capture behind-the-scenes and educational content
- Support storytelling around our products, manufacturing capabilities, customers, and social impact initiatives

What You Bring

- Some experience creating content for social media, whether professionally, through school, freelance work, or personal projects
- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video
- Familiarity with Canva and basic photo/video editing tools
- Strong visual instincts and an interest in social media trends
- Organized, dependable, and able to work from creative direction and deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable creating content in an active food manufacturing environment
- A portfolio or examples of previous content

Nice to Have

- 1–2 years of content, social media, or marketing experience
- Food, beverage, wellness, CPG, or ecommerce experience
- Experience with mission-driven brands
- Basic product photography experience

Why Join Us?
