About the Role

New You Spas is looking for an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Burlington team. We are seeking a confident healthcare skilled with a strong clinical background and experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), along with an interest in aesthetics, wellness, and preventative health.

The ideal candidate is professional, patient-focused, knowledgeable, and comfortable conducting consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing patient care.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and medical histories.
- Assess patients for appropriate HRT and wellness treatments based on individual needs and clinical indications.
- Provide and manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), including patient education, treatment planning, monitoring, and follow-up.
- Order and interpret appropriate laboratory investigations as permitted within the NP's scope of practice.
- Monitor patients throughout treatment and make appropriate adjustments based on clinical findings and response to therapy.
- Provide education regarding treatment benefits, risks, expectations, and potential side effects.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential patient medical records.
- Provide appropriate follow-up care and communicate with patients regarding their treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when required.
- Provide aesthetic consultations and/or treatments where appropriately trained and within scope of practice.
- Maintain a high standard of patient safety, professionalism, and clinical care.
- Follow all applicable College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) standards, legislation, policies, and professional requirements.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices, clinical guidelines, and developments in HRT and aesthetic medicine.





Qualifications

Required:

- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Experience providing patient consultations and developing individualized treatment plans.

Preferred:

- Previous experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is strongly preferred.
- Experience with menopause, perimenopause, testosterone therapy, or other hormone-related treatment.
- Experience with injectable treatments and/or aesthetic procedures.
- Additional certifications or training in aesthetic medicine, HRT, or related areas.
- Experience working in a private clinic, medical spa, or wellness setting.

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
