Your Impact – What You’ll Do

· Conduct assessments and create individualized programs to help clients thrive

· Develop, coach, and consult on skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans

· Collect and analyze data to measure progress and improve programs

· Build strong partnerships with families, colleagues, and community members

· Oversee Instructor Therapists and support program implementation

· Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing clinical supervision

· Write reports and meet deadlines like a pro

· Bring your creativity, passion, and expertise to make a real difference every day

What We’re Looking For – Skills & Strengths





· Robust knowledge of ABA methods with coaching and consultation experience

· Ability to thrive independently and in collaborative teams

· Excellent communication with families, colleagues, and community members

· Outstanding organization, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills

· Open to feedback and continuous learning

· Energetic, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience

· Minimum 3 years of experience implementing ABA therapy across age groups

· Post-secondary education in ABA

· Experience in behavior management techniques

· Standard First Aid & CPR certification

· Clear Vulnerable Sector Check

· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

· PECS training is a bonus
