Responsibilities

- Supervise dogs during playtime, ensuring safe interactions and positive behavior
- Monitor dogs for signs of stress or discomfort and respond promptly to maintain a calm environment
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the daycare facility to ensure a hygienic space for all pets
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their dogs’ activities and well-being
- Assist with loading and unloading dogs, including heavy lifting when necessary to ensure safety and comfort




- Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries among dogs and staff
- Support team members in daily tasks to maintain an organized, lively, and welcoming atmosphere

Skills

- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with pet owners
- Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting tasks safely throughout the day
- Passion for animals with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters trust and comfort among dogs and clients
- Ability to remain attentive, patient, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of dog behavior and safety procedures is preferred but not required; training will be provided
