The role

You run a quarry, or a small group of sites, like a business.

- Fixed and mobile plant kept safe, compliant and reliable
- The site P&L;, budget and cost per tonne
- Licenses, approvals, rehabilitation and the community
- Your team of operators, tradespeople, supervisors and contractors

You

- Have led an aggregates, quarry or pit operation, or ready to step up from 2IC
- Know crushing and screening, mobile fleet, load and haul, drill and blast
- Comfortable with production plans, budgets and cost per tonne
- Solid on compliance in your jurisdiction. No Australian experience needed. We help you convert your tickets
- Serious about moving, and eligible for an Australian work visa
