Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair residential appliances in customers' homes
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently
- Provide accurate repair recommendations and estimates
- Complete repairs professionally and safely
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
- Collect payment upon completion of service
- Complete service reports using our mobile dispatch system
- Represent Ideal Appliance Repair with professionalism at all times

QualificationsRequired

- Minimum 3 years of residential appliance repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing multiple appliance brands
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision




- Valid BC Driver's Licence
- Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel throughout Greater Vancouver
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
