Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Prepare food items and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently and minimize wait times
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations

Experience

- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or restaurant operations is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a busy restaurant setting
- Enthusiasm for learning about the food industry, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service

Pay: $18.47-$19.02 per hour
