Job Summary

As an Account Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth. You will identify new sales opportunities, create and present customized advertising solutions, and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

· Identify new sales opportunities and create customized advertising solutions

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

· Present sales proposals and negotiating contracts

· Collaborate with internal teams (programming, promotions, production) to deliver client campaigns

· Stay up to date on industry trends and market research to maintain a competitive edge

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in radio or media sales

· Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English
