We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager / Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, engineering projects, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

- Lead maintenance, engineering, and capital projects from start to finish
- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance performance
- Oversee budgets, contractors, projects, and asset replacement
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and develop engineering and maintenance teams
- Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance





What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related
- P.Eng. required
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or project management
- Manufacturing, industrial, utilities, or facilities experience preferred
- Experience with CMMS, reliability, RCA, capital projects, and maintenance planning
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- PMP and/or Six Sigma is an asset
