Cypress Motors is currently looking for a detail-orientated team member to join our Collision Center team. If you have a knack for helping customers and are keen to work as part of a group we are interested in meeting with you.

We are currently looking for a people focused, detail-oriented team member to join our Collision Center team. This individual will work closely with customers and fellow team member to ensure that all components of their experience with our Collision Center are top notch.

We are interested in speaking with candidates that have a keen attention to detail, the ability to multitask and proven experience in dealing with the public and fellow team members in a courteous qualified manner.

Previous work experience in the automobile or SGI industry will be seen as an asset. You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, completing detailed paperwork, and working closely with fellow team members to ensure processes are followed efficiently and effectively. The ability to ensure multiple projects remain moving in a fluid manner and the ability to foresee potential problems and work to minimize their effect is required.

A valid driver's license is required, as well as 2-3 years in a customer facing role. Administrative abilities are a must and previous experience with PBS software will be an asset. Experience or an interest in the automotive or insurance industry will be helpful in this role. This is a full-time position.
