Pay: From $25.00/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally between 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Braebury is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the repair, maintenance, renovation, and turnover of residential and commercial properties.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship, can work independently, and enjoys a variety of projects. You’ll work closely with our Service and Management teams to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

What You'll Do:

- Complete maintenance, repair, renovation, and retrofit projects in residential and commercial units
- Perform repairs and prepare rental units for new occupants
- Complete unit turnovers, including demolition and general repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair doors, windows, hardware, flooring, and other building components
- Perform general carpentry, framing, and floor repairs
- Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Perform light HVAC-related maintenance and troubleshooting
- Complete exterior and foundation-related maintenance
- Perform caulking, sealing, patching, and finishing work
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Work independently or as part of a team depending on the project
- Communicate daily progress, issues, and required materials with management and the Service Division
- Complete work orders, service documentation, and timesheets accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment




- Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is a reliable, versatile, hands-on tradesperson who can confidently tackle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.

Strong candidates will have experience with:

- General carpentry
- Doors, windows, and hardware
- Flooring installation and removal
- Framing and drywall-related repairs
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Caulking and finishing
- Light HVAC maintenance
- Exterior building and foundation repairs
- Demolition and renovation work
- Hand and power tools

Requirements

- Valid Ontario G driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance, construction, renovation, or job-site experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete work within reasonable timeframes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety
