Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full-Time Overnight Concierge for a downtown condominium. This vital role involves providing exceptional guest services, ensuring building security, and maintaining a welcoming environment during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will be multilingual or bilingual, possess excellent phone etiquette, and have a background in hospitality or front desk operations. Duties

- Greet residents, visitors, and contractors with professionalism and warmth during overnight shifts
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, or emergency calls efficiently
- Verify access credentials for residents and authorized personnel, ensuring building security at all times
- Respond promptly to guest requests, providing information about building amenities or local services
- Conduct routine security checks of common areas, entrances, and exits to maintain safety standards




- Document incidents or irregularities accurately in shift reports and communicate with emergency responders if needed
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing front desk operations and supporting resident needs

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality environments such as hotels or residential buildings
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse resident populations
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while remaining alert and attentive
- Knowledge of building security protocols and guest services best practices is preferred
- Previous experience in hotel or concierge roles will be considered an asset

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
