Red Oak Cleaners is a residential cleaning company serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario. We are looking for reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented residential cleaners / house cleaners who take pride in providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients.

Position: Independent Residential Cleaner / House Cleaner

Pay: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience, reliability, quality of work, and client feedback.

As an independent cleaner, you have flexibility over your schedule and availability.

- Choose the days and hours you are available.
- Review available cleaning jobs and choose which jobs you want to accept.
- No requirement to accept every job offered.
- Take on as many or as few jobs as fit your schedule and preferences.
- Flexible weekday and weekend opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential house cleaning and housekeeping services.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and sanitize surfaces.
- Clean kitchens, appliances, countertops, cabinets, and floors.
- Perform deep cleaning and detailed cleaning when required.
- Oven cleaning and refrigerator cleaning are an asset.
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients.




- Complete cleaning jobs efficiently while paying close attention to detail.
- Report any issues or special client requests to management.

What We're Looking For

- Previous residential cleaning, house cleaning, housekeeping, or professional cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional and friendly attitude with clients.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is preferred, as jobs are located throughout the GTA.
- Ability to provide consistent, high-quality cleaning services.
