Job Summary

Endpoint Administration • Support Microsoft Intune, MECM, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and related endpoint management platforms. • Assist with software deployments, device configuration, policy updates, and compliance monitoring. • Help validate changes and maintain endpoint management documentation. Software Deployment, Patching & Compliance • Assist with software packaging, application deployments, and monthly patching activities. • Support vulnerability remediation and endpoint compliance efforts. • Investigate deployment failures and work with senior engineers to resolve issues. Operational Support & Troubleshooting • Provide technical support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests. • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 Apps, software installation, and device management issues. • Escalate complex problems and assist with root cause analysis activities. Documentation & Process Support • Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles. • Support change management and testing activities for endpoint-related changes. • Document deployment results, remediation efforts, and operational processes. Project Support • Participate in endpoint engineering projects and improvement initiatives. • Complete assigned tasks using Jira, ServiceNow, or other approved tools. • Collaborate with Endpoint Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teams.
