Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and personable Front of House (FOH) staff to create a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our establishment, ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, orders, and inquiries to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, bar, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food preparation tasks as needed, including serving beverages or assisting kitchen staff when appropriate
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
- Assist with food handling procedures,

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; robust background in the food industry is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to operate POS systems such as Micros POS accurately and efficiently
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations required for responsible food service
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles is highly desirable; kitchen experience is a bonus
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Reliable team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest services
