Eastgate Ford is currently looking for a dynamic and results driven Pre-Owned Sales Associate who enjoy working independently and within a team for immediate sales openings.

As Pre-Owned Sales Associate, you will be given the opportunities to grow and develop and to make an impact while working for a high performing organization. You are a solution finder who enjoys helping customers find the perfect vehicle to satisfy their own particular needs. Using your interpersonal skills, you can successfully convert customer opportunities into results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in purchasing the right vehicle based on their needs




- Build long-term customer relationships through effective selling
- Meet or exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven sales skills (preferably 2+ years in a retail workplace)
- Desire to learn and grow in the role
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a focus on excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends)
- High school diploma (or equivalent)

Pay: $40,000 - $150,000 per year
