Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth running of daily business activities. Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations, including supervising staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Lead onboarding new team members, and supporting their ongoing training and development.
- Supervise staff performance by providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering a positive team environment.

Experience

- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a unionized environment
- Strong background in operations.




- Demonstrated skills in negotiation and on time delivery
- Highly valued person should be able to communicate effectively with diverse teams and customers.
- Familiarity with training & development techniques to support team growth and organizational goals.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities.
