Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Full or Part Time Sales Clerks to join our dynamic team. As the face of our stores, you will engage with customers, provide knowledgeable and friendly service, and create a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, relevant retail or customer service experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Previous liquor retail experience is considered an asset.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations on wines, spirits, beers, and ciders
- Operate the POS system accurately, including cash and credit/debit transactions
- Maintain attractive and organized merchandising displays and promotional areas
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory checks and stock management
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure compliance with store policies, including age verification, cash handling, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean,



organized, and welcoming store environment

Qualifications

- Previous liquor retail experience is considered an asset
- Strong retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
- Have the ability to accurately handle cash and POS transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
- Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Qualified and courteous phone manner
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
