Crown Reach Truck Operator

Location: Brampton L6P 0V6

Shift: Morning Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Position Overview

OnSite Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Crown Reach Truck Operator for a full-time morning shift prospect.

Candidates MUST have previous experience operating Crown Reach equipment and hold a valid external Reach Truck license/certification.

In-house licenses or certifications issued only by a previous employer will NOT be accepted.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate Crown Reach Truck equipment

- Pick, move, and put away products throughout the warehouse

- Retrieve and place pallets in racking at various heights

- Load, unload, stage, and replenish products as required

- Use RF scanners to locate, track, and confirm inventory

- Complete order picking accurately and efficiently

- Meet established productivity and pick-rate targets

- Verify products, quantities, and locations to maintain inventory accuracy

- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues

- Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures

- Assist with general material handling duties as required





Requirements

- MUST have a valid external Reach Truck license/certification

- In-house licenses are NOT accepted

- Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck experience

- Previous experience operating Crown Reach equipment strongly preferred

- Previous warehouse and order picking experience

- RF scanner experience preferred

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Comfortable working at heights and maneuvering equipment in warehouse aisles

- Ability to meet established productivity expectations

- Strong attendance and reliability

- Must be available to work the full 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shift

- Must be willing and able to successfully complete a criminal background check
