Tire Technician

Want to work with your hands, with a outstanding team and learn or improve your tire changing skills?

Then we need you! We need to hire approx. 6-8 temporary full time or part time tire technicians to assist in helping our ever-growing customer base. We have 6 hoists to accommodate our customers. Now we just need to hire the right people to help us through the upcoming spring tire season.

What you will be required to do:

You will need to have good customer service skills. The ability to work in a group with supervision. Be able to be physically on your feet, lifting, bending, pulling for most of the day and moving quickly. You will need to present different options and offers to the customer to benefit their vehicles needs.

Job Overview/Details:

You will be directly responsible for:

-Rotating Tires
-Balancing Tires
-Installing Tires
-Perform Tire Repairs
-Offer Tire Storage
-Possibly Recommend replaceable items or additional services

-Minimum one-year tire experience preferred
-Starting wage will be $18/hr plus incentives
-Must have own black steel toe boots, black work pants (Shirts, belts, tire gloves, safety glasses and back braces are provided)
-Online and hands on training provided on site
-No tools required

Then we need you! We need to hire approx. 1-2 full time lower technicians to assist in helping our ever-growing customer base. We have 3 bays to accommodate our customers. Now we just need to hire the right people to help us!

What you will be required to do:

You will need to have good time management skills. Have the ability to work multiple lower bays. The ability to work in a group with supervision. Be able to be physically on your feet, lifting, bending, pulling for most of the day and moving quickly. You will need to follow an “echo” communication system.
Job Overview/Details:

You will be directly responsible for:

-Draining Engine Oil
-Replacing Oil Filters
-Inspecting exhaust, moving parts, tire treads
-Perform courtesy checks for our customers
-Grease/Lubricate fittings
-Possibly Recommend replaceable items or additional services

-Minimum one-year tire experience preferred
-Starting wage will be $18.00/hr plus incentives
-Must have own black steel toe boots (uniforms, safety equipment, tools are provided)
-Online and hands on training provided on site
-No tools required
