Envy Beauty Lab + Laser is looking for a Dermatologist to join our established medical aesthetics clinic in Calgary.

We have been proudly serving our community for five years and have grown into a busy, trusted clinic with a large patient base, an experienced team, and a beautiful, spacious facility. As we continue to grow, we would love to expand our services into dermatology and provide our patients with more comprehensive medical and aesthetic care.

This is more than a traditional employment opportunity. We are looking for the right person to potentially join us as a business partner and help us develop and grow the dermatology side of our clinic. We believe dermatology would be an excellent direction for our business, and we are excited to connect with someone who shares our vision for providing exceptional, patient-focused care.

About the Opportunity

This position can be structured as either part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and professional goals. If you currently have another practice or would prefer to split your time between locations, we are completely open to discussing a flexible arrangement that works for everyone.

The role and services offered can also be shaped around your areas of interest and expertise. Depending on your experience and preferred scope of practice, this could include medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, skin consultations, injectable treatments, laser treatments and other advanced skin services.

Experience with cosmetic injectables and laser treatments would be a fantastic asset. However, if you are interested in expanding your knowledge or receiving additional hands-on training in these areas, we have an incredible and highly experienced team that would be happy to support your continued learning and development.

The Ideal Candidate

We would love to connect with a Dermatologist who is:

- Licensed and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory bodies in Alberta
- Passionate about providing exceptional, patient-focused care
- Interested in medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, or both
- Collaborative, qualified and excited to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Interested in helping shape and grow the dermatology side of an established clinic
- Open to a long-term partnership opportunity
- Experienced in cosmetic injectables and laser treatments, or interested in receiving further training in these areas

Compensation, scheduling and the structure of the potential partnership will be discussed with qualified candidates and can be customized based on experience, availability, and the type of practice you would like to build with us.
