Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Class 1 Driver to join our team and drive our freight operations efficiently and safely. Duties

- Safely operate Class 1 commercial trucks to transport freight across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and delivery records
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate schedules and deliveries
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to keep vehicles in optimal condition




- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during operations

Requirements

- Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with freight or heavy equipment operation
- Certification or experience operating forklifts and other heavy machinery
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on trucks
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads and performing vehicle inspections regularly

Pay: $20.75-$36.83 per hour
