Your skills

- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in desktop IT support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and user issues
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and common enterprise applications
- Flexibility to support work outside standard business hours when required
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between client sites
- This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $28 - $33 CAD based on experience and skillsets.

Your tasks

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

- Install, configure,



and maintain IT systems and applications

- Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
