Cash 4 You is a 25-year financial-services company with 77 locations across Ontario.

We are rebuilding how customer acquisition, lending, collections, compliance and branch operations work using software, data, automation and AI.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Engineer who can take messy operating problems and turn them into working production systems.

This is not a corporate IT, project-management or ticket-queue role. You will be expected to personally investigate problems, design solutions, write code, work with data, deploy systems and remain accountable for whether they actually work.

What You’ll Do

- Build and support customer-facing applications, internal tools, APIs, integrations, data workflows and automation.
- Work directly with employees and operating leaders to understand real business problems.
- Design and work with relational databases, SQL, data models and migrations.
- Build enough frontend and backend functionality to deliver complete products.
- Own testing, deployment, monitoring, production issues and recovery.
- Use AI tools, agents and engineering workflows to increase delivery speed without sacrificing quality.
- Measure whether what you build improves productivity, revenue, risk, credit performance, customer experience or operating cost.
- Drive adoption. Shipping software is not the finish line if nobody uses it properly.

What We’re Looking For





You should be able to demonstrate that you have personally:

- Built, shipped and supported meaningful production software.
- Taken a product or substantial capability from problem definition through live use.
- Worked deeply with backend systems, SQL, relational databases and system architecture.
- Built enough frontend functionality to deliver a usable product.
- Worked with APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, testing and deployment.
- Solved production failures and supported systems after launch.
- Worked directly with users or customers and changed a product based on what you learned.
- Connected technical work to measurable business outcomes.
- Used AI materially in your engineering workflow.

Experience in fintech, payments, lending, collections, regulated systems, point-of-sale, identity or multi-location operations is helpful but not required.

IMPORTANT: This Role Is Probably Not for You If

Your recent work has mainly involved:

- Managing engineering teams or vendors without personally building.
- Corporate IT support or enterprise application administration.
- Producing architecture or requirements while other teams implement.
- Working in a narrow specialty with separate teams handling product, testing, deployment and production support.
- Building prototypes that never became sustained production systems.
