Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a strong, reliable, and hardworking General Labourer to assist the Warehouse Manager at a local company.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and is looking for consistent part-time employment two days per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Unload appliances from incoming transport trucks safely and efficiently.
- Load appliances onto outgoing shipments and delivery vehicles.
- Assist with handling multiple deliveries throughout the day.
- Move and double-stack appliances within the warehouse.
- Break down shipments and organize appliances received on skids from trailers.
- Move empty skids outside behind the garbage bins and keep them neatly stacked and organized.
- Assist with preparing delivery runs for the following day.
- Sweep and maintain clean warehouse floors and work areas.
- Empty garbage bins throughout the facility.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with other general warehouse and labour duties as required.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and safe lifting practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous warehouse, general labour, delivery, or material-handling experience is an asset.
- Must be physically strong and comfortable performing repetitive, physically demanding work.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and move appliances and other heavy items.




- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong awareness of workplace safety and proper lifting techniques.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently as well as take direction from the Warehouse Manager.
- Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Steel-toed footwear and appropriate work attire are required.
- Must be comfortable working around trucks, warehouse equipment, appliances, and loading areas.

Schedule

Tuesdays and Fridays — 8-hour shifts

The successful candidate must be dependable and committed to working both scheduled days each week.
