Details of the Post:

We are currently looking for a Jeweller to join our team.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience producing jewelry in a professional environment, who is enthusiastic, collaborative, passionate and has an attention to detail.

Production Assistant / Custom

Responsibilities of the post

assisting the custom jewelry process to produce the custom jewelry orders using ethically sourced materials focusing on efficient production methods and relevant business practices.

Tasks

production management, fabrication, repairs

Production Assistant / Collections

Responsibility of the post

To manage the production of jewelry collections by following designs, technical notes and linesheets focusing on safe and efficient methods of production in a well maintained studio.

Tasks

creation of samples, creation of collections as per designs/designer, management of production schedule,



creation of technical sheet, creation of line sheet, studio maintenance, inventory raw materials, maintenance of gemstone catalogue, maintenance of mold catalogue

Customer Service / Boutique

Responsibilities of the post

Greet clients, respond to requests, process sales, occasional replacement of shifts during staff holidays

Tasks

Communication with clients, opening and closing of boutique, greeting clients, assisting clients, filling out order forms, processing sales, communication with studio, packaging, cleaning, organising

Competence specific to the post:

Hard Skills: Independent, Attention to Detail, Communicative, Cooperative, Proactive,

Qualifications:

DEC/AEC/DEP in jewellery or equivalent

2 years bench work experience

Knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, and digital sales platforms

Part Time

Salary:

from $21+/hr. depending on experience
