Job Summary:
The Team Lead Operations will support daily branch operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and assist in driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing day-to-day rental operations
- Supervise and support front-line staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations
- Monitor vehicle availability, fleet status, and maintenance coordination
- Support sales efforts and drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and assist with operational analysis
- Help achieve branch targets and performance goals

Requirements:





- Previous experience in car rental industry is an asset or Training will be provided
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive command of English
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Problem Solving Skill
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of systems/reporting tools is a plus)

Work Conditions:

- Rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)
- 4-month probation period

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: Upto $40,000 per year Target Achievement Bonus/Incentive
- Minimum 5 Year Management Experience
