Tidy Heidi’s Cleaning Co. is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, experienced and detail-oriented independent cleaning contractor to take on approximately 10–20 hours of cleaning opportunities per week.

We're a small, locally owned cleaning company with great clients, and we're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, notices the little things and understands the importance of providing consistently excellent service.

The Opportunity

- Starting contract rate: $28/hour
- Approximately 10–20 hours of work available per week
- Primarily weekday/daytime work
- No regular weekends or statutory holidays
- Occasional optional weekend opportunities, such as move-out cleans
- Residential and commercial cleaning throughout Greater Victoria
- No guaranteed minimum number of hours
- You are free to accept or decline offered cleaning jobs

What We're Looking For

- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependability and professionalism




- Ability to work independently
- Friendly and respectful communication with clients
- Genuine pride in providing high-quality cleaning

Contractors are responsible for their own transportation, supplies, equipment and business expenses.

You are free to provide cleaning services to your own clients or other companies. There is no exclusivity requirement.
