Lexia Communications Inc. is hiring experienced I&R; Copper and Fiber Technicians in North Vancouver, BC and surrounding areas. We are looking for skilled and motivated technicians with hands-on telecommunications experience to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

- Install and repair copper and fiber services for residential and small business customers
- Troubleshoot internet, phone, and data services
- Perform fiber splicing, termination, testing, and structured cabling
- Diagnose and resolve copper and fiber service issues
- Work safely at heights using ladders and appropriate equipment
- Deliver professional and reliable customer service
- Follow all company safety, quality, and technical standards

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of Copper/Fiber I&R; experience preferred
- Strong experience with fiber splicing and copper troubleshooting




- Knowledge of structured wiring, networking, and low-voltage systems
- Previous TELUS telecommunications experience is a strong asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- White vehicle preferred/required for field work
- Willingness to travel throughout North Vancouver and surrounding areas
