MME is growing, and we are looking to add another great person to our in office team.
MM Energy is currently seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Sherwood Park office. This role will provide administrative support across several key areas of our business, including Projects, Payroll, Safety, People & Culture, and general office administration.
This is a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple departments, managing details, staying organized, and helping keep the day-to-day operations of a growing company running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project administration and documentation.
- Assist with timesheets and payroll preparation.
- Maintain employee training and safety records.
- Track safety ticket and certification expirations.
- Assist with recent hire onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee and project files.
- Support recruitment and general HR administration.
- Assist with expense reports and supporting documentation.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, forms, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support across Projects, Payroll, Safety, and People & Culture.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and required information.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience within construction, electrical, industrial, or project-based environments is considered a strong asset.
- Experience supporting payroll, projects, safety, or HR administration is an asset.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office,
including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong follow-through and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
