Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Forklift experience a plus in an outside yard.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Fulfill material orders and maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (approximately 50 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Previous yard work experience is an asset.
- Telehandler experience is an asset.
- Assist with inventory management and counting material.
- Follow company safety policy to maintain a safe working setting
- Organize and maintain the yard and storage areas.
- Willingness to work outdoors is essential.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
