Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a seamless experience
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with therapists to optimize daily bookings
- Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions about spa treatments, products, and services
- Support the delivery of body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling services as needed
- Assist with product demos and upselling of retail items to enhance guest satisfaction and spa revenue




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment areas and front desk to ensure a safe environment
- Handle retail sales transactions accurately while promoting spa packages and special offers

Requirements

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols relevant to beauty and spa environments
- Experience or interest in retail sales, product demonstrations, or hospitality is preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of beauty treatments such as nail care, makeup application, or body waxing is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills related to eyelash extensions, hair styling, or other spa services
