Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and energetic Doorman / Security professional to safeguard a luxury residential tower in downtown Montreal. This role is vital in creating a welcoming yet protected atmosphere for our valued residents and for maintaining a secure workplace for all visitors and staff. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring that our standards and protocols are always followed.

Duties

- Greet and assist visitors, residents, or employees with professionalism and warmth while verifying their identities and access permissions.
- Monitor entry points and to prevent unauthorized access.
- Keep an eye on CCTV cameras to oversee the property’s perimeter and interior spaces continuously.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
- Receive resident parcels and register them in the system.




- Be comfortable using our property management software – Building Link.

Qualifications

- Prior experience security services, or related fields demonstrating strong situational awareness.
- Highly reliable and trustworthy individual.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV operation and comfortable with computers.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Bilingual with great communication skills to interact confidently with diverse individuals and emergency responders.
- Physical ability to walk and patrol during shifts.
- BSP license a plus.

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
