Residential Housekeeper/Cleaner – Full-Time

Location: Fredericton, NB
Schedule: Daytime hours
Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour

MOLLY MAID Fredericton is looking for dependable and motivated Housekeepers/Cleaners to join our professional cleaning team. You will work with a teammate to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services that help clients enjoy clean and comfortable homes.

Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but it is not required. We provide paid, on-the-job training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

A valid driver’s licence is required. Applicants without a valid driver’s licence will not be considered.

What you will do

- Travel with a teammate to clients’ homes throughout Fredericton and surrounding communities
- Professionally clean multiple homes each day
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
- Follow MOLLY MAID’s cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Handle clients’ homes and belongings with care and respect
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment and the company vehicle
- Work efficiently while following the day’s established route and schedule

Who we are looking for

- Have strong attention to detail
- Work well as part of a two-person team
- Can work efficiently without direct supervision
- Are comfortable performing a physically active job
- Have a valid driver’s licence
- Can provide a clean criminal record check
- Live in Fredericton or the surrounding area

One year of cleaning experience is considered an asset, but it is not required. Experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, room attendance, office cleaning or general cleaning is also welcome.
