We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dock & Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or dock environment, strong computer skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime: Must be available for overtime when required

Qualifications

- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- Previous experience in a dock or warehouse setting
- Computer experience, including Microsoft Excel
- Experience with TruckMate WMS is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in both hot and cold temperatures
- Must be willing and able to work overtime when required
- Safety shoes are required

Responsibilities

- Report freight OS&D; (Over, Short & Damaged) issues through email and TruckMate WMS




- Record dock productivity and loading/offloading data in Excel
- Perform data entry and update information in TruckMate WMS
- Operate or assist with dimensioner scanning as required
- Perform dock inventory duties as required
- Assist with general dock and warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate records and follow all workplace safety procedures
