We are a busy West Edmonton law office looking for a full time Residential & Commercial Real Estate Conveyancer to join our Real Estate team.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting lawyers with the preparation of documents

Organizing files

Correspond with clients/lenders/financial institutions/land titles via email, telephone & in person when necessary

Schedule appointments for lawyers

Ensure deadlines/closing dates are met

Various other office related tasks

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate with ease in written and spoken English

Confidence using Word, Excel, ESILaw (Unity) and other applications an asset

Hard working and willing to learn

Position Includes:

7.25 hour work day
