Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team! As a CSR, you are responsible for providing our customers with excellent customer service while using the proper policies and procedures.
Shift and Pay
Monday – Fridays 10:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Salary: $41,600 (subject to increase based on performance and experience)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering multiline phone system and customer emails.
- Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Receiving information upon truck and trailer bookings and properly communicating that information to the rest of the shop.
- Opening work orders with the correct information mentioned and paperwork attached.
- Scanning and emailing estimates and other documents/information to customers.
- Taking customer payments via cash or debit/credit and closing the machine.
- Completing assigned tasks on time.
- Help maintain the Service Department in a clean and organized manner.
- Maintain proper dress code.
- Any other duties that may come up by Management.
- Issuing maintenance lists to customers on a weekly basis.
- Scheduling customer units in for repairs and services.
Qualifications
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Microsoft Word & Excel experience mandatory.
- Experience in invoicing customers is mandatory.
