Duties

- Deliver expert hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, listening carefully to their needs and offering professional advice.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending hair care products that complement clients’ styles and needs.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments,



greeting clients, and handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities.

Experience

- Proven experience in hair styling or cosmetology with a valid license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a salon environment.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
- Ability to perform retail sales effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Previous experience working at the front desk or managing appointment schedules is preferred but not required.
