Clean and sanitize the kitchen throughout the shift include sweeping, mopping floors, wiping counter tops, and emptying garbage/recycling bins.

· Keep kitchen equipment/dishes (trays, bowls, utensils etc.) clean throughout your shift following cleaning and sanitation procedures.

· Assist with basic food preparation.

· Help unload deliveries and put stock away.

· Report any safety issues with equipment to a manager.

· Have some experience of working in a kitchen.

· Be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.

· Be able to frequently lift and carry items greater than 35-50 pounds.
