We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Pizza maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the standards of our kitchen.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation practices to ensure the highest standards of hygiene
- Assist in meal preparation for special events or large orders as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary

Requirements

- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is necessary
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and serving techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
