We're hiring a hands-on campaign manager to run a quick-moving, 4-week marketing campaign for a health AI industry conference. This is a project management role: you own execution, performance, and outcomes from day one through the final report.
About the Role
This is a fixed-term,five-week engagement supporting a two-day health AI industry conference. The campaign runs on a daily publishing cadence across email, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, and other digital channels, and is priced as a flat fee for the full engagement rather than an hourly rate. This role owns the entire operation: execution across channels, team coordination, performance, and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Execute and manage the marketing campaign across Email, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, and other relevant online channels, ensuring consistent, on-strategy delivery every day.
- Manage and coordinate the campaign's designer and video editor, keeping their output flowing into the daily publishing schedule without gaps or bottlenecks.
- Continually monitor campaign performance across every channel and make real-time decisions to improve results, not just report on them after the fact.
- Solve problems as they surface, whether that is a content bottleneck, a platform issue, or a stakeholder question, without waiting for direction.
- Keep all stakeholders regularly informed on progress, risks, and decisions throughout the campaign.
- Prepare and deliver an end-of-week report to key stakeholders covering performance, decisions made, and what is changing going into the next week.
- Act as the project manager for the full campaign: plan the work, execute against the plan, monitor results, and adjust until the campaign hits its outcomes.
Core Deliverables
- Daily campaign execution across Email, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, and other active channels.
- A coordinated daily publishing schedule with no gaps between the design and video workstreams.
- An end-of-week stakeholder report, delivered every week of the engagement.
- Full ownership of campaign outcomes,
tracked and reported honestly against targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience executing and managing marketing campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, Eventbrite, or similar registration platforms, ideally for a conference, summit, or B2B event.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a small creative team and keep multiple people's output on schedule.
- A track record of monitoring campaign performance and making data-informed decisions to improve results mid-campaign, not just at the end.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including experience delivering regular written reports to leadership or clients.
- Comfortable owning outcomes end to end, from planning through execution through reporting, with full accountability for results.
- Please include a short summary of past campaigns you have managed with your application: channels used, your specific role, and the results achieved. Applications without campaign examples and results will not be considered.
Who Thrives in This Role
- Ownership: takes full accountability for the campaign's delivery and outcomes, not just for the tasks explicitly assigned to them.
- Punctuality: hits the daily publishing cadence and every stakeholder update without reminders.
- Quick, regular communication: surfaces problems the day they appear and keeps every stakeholder aligned in real time.
- Problem-solving mindset: keeps the campaign on track when content, approvals, or access issues threaten to break the schedule.
- Resourcefulness: keeps the campaign moving and on-message even when information, assets, or access are incomplete.
