Nova Staffing is seeking a Licensed Forklift Operator, see below:

Responsibilities:
- Utilize Counterbalance forklifts mainly using Forklift in the warehouse for a busy automotive warehouse
- Operate warehouse management system to locate and retrieve items for orders
- Ensure accuracy of order picking by double-checking item codes, quantities, and locations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

-All other duties as assigned by shift supervisor

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of Forklift Operating experience

-Experience with shipping/ receiving and material handling.
- Licensed Counterbalance Operator/ Licensed Forklift Operator

-Previous experience in order picking or warehouse distribution preferred

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the shift





- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a quick-paced environment

Shift:

continental shift 7:00AM-7:00PM, Training will be from 8:00AM - 4:00PM, and will include online components as well as being cross-trained in other departments.

Payrate: $20.50/hr + $3 shift premium.

Training pay-rate is $20.50/hr and then once moved to Night shift, with the premium included pay-rate will be $23.50/hr.
