Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times.





Experience

- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, cashiering, or working with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling.
- Experience working in the food industry or restaurant setting is a plus; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during high-volume periods.
- A proactive approach to upselling menu items and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
