Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with provincial standards
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Complete resident assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate resident care plans and make changes as required.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate team members.
- Participate in resident care conferences.
- Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Care and inter-professional team.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
- Promote a person-centered approach to resident care.

Qualifications

- Practical Nurse Diploma.
- Current LPN registration and membership in positive standing in British Columbia.




- Experience in senior care or long-term care is preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain.

Schedule

Current rotation is a 5-on, 2-off schedule, with the potential to transition to a 4-on, 2-off rotation.

Available shifts include:

- Morning: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Day/Evening: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Evening/Night: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits

- $32.84–$41.35/hour
- Up to $8,000 relocation bonus in some cases
