Job Title: Construction Laborer
Location: Picture Butte, AB (In office)
Position Type: Temporary/Contract
Estimated End Date: June 30, 2025
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team for a construction project based in the Picture Butte area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in general labor or construction and be comfortable working in physically demanding, outdoor environments. This is a hard Manual Laborer job working for long hours outside, please only apply if you are okay with doing that kind of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual labor tasks on-site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with site clean-up.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Any other duty that is assigned to you.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience in general labor or construction work.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with a range of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to showing up on time daily.
